  1. Add the spinach, banana, green apple and cucumber to a blender.
  2. Spoon in the yogurt and add the chia seeds and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the water or milk and drop in a few ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and add a splash more liquid if it is thicker than you like.
  6. Pour into two glasses and drink straight away while it is cold and fresh.
